SWREG (who is the e-commerce partner for Daniusoft) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. How soon will I get the product after I place order online

For Download Version:
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by email that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

There are some reasons why this could happen.In most cases ,it is caused by that the registration email is held back as 'SPAM' by your email provider. Actually, you can enter 'support.daniusoft.com' to get download URL and keycode by yourself.Do as follows:
Visit 'support.daniusoft.com', log on with your user name (E-mail) and password. Enter 'My orders' section and click the 'resend' button. Subsequently the keycode email will be sent to your inbox immediately. Moreover,if you forget your password,please click over the section 'If the password is not available, please click here to retrieve it'. Then at the bottom of the page, type in either your E-mail address or an order No. for the product to verify your identity. You can get your password afterwards. receiving your order. The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor (SWREG or Regnow) with additional cost. Do I have to purchase this 'Extended Download Service', what if I don't purchase it?
