We can't exactly confirm the news we're getting from BGR at this point, but if the rumors hold true, AT&T will be holding some very special deals this upcoming Friday, on December 4th, 2009. AT&T will apparently be offering up 50% off all of their BlackBerry smartphones. The deal is obviously only applicable if you sign a two-year agreement and pay for the monthly web and email access ($30).

As for Verizon Wireless, the company could be offering a buy-one get-one deal for their now-famous Motorola Droid. Certainly a good deal if you're looking to create a new family plan.
